Apple Cider Vinegar!

Why is Apple cider vinegar good for us?

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is recommended for weight loss, digestive upset, overall health and just about anything else.
So how can ACV do all of these things? and does it do all of these things?

The ACV that most of this is referring to is unpasteurized ACP which includes “the mother” a beneficial bacteria.

What ACV does is it increases the hydrochloric acid HCL in the stomach and has some mild effect on other digestive enzymes therefore increasing digestive function and reducing pain and discomfort from bloating that may occur from not digesting food effectively.

The reason ACV is meant to help with weight loss is that it increases our digestive function and this reduces bloating therefore reduces the “look” of the stomach i.e. weight loss, however there is not research backing more weight loss that I’ve found.

ACV as mentioned before has beneficial bacteria which have been linked to reducing many illnesses/conditions. Including mental health, food intolerances, constipation, eczema and many more.

How do you take ACV? most like to take it in water like a shot ACV can be overpowering so diluting it is often necessary.
Take ACV 30-10min before meals to get a boost to your digestive capabilities.

CAUTION should be noted if patient has high HCL or existing gastric ulcers.
